This sweet filly will be a very easy, uncomplicated horse. She was very shy at first, until she figured out that humans are her friends. Now, you can’t keep her away, always begging for attention, a scratch or a treat, but always submissive.
She carries the Military lines of the famous Leviton of Spain (now deceased) thru her sire’s blood, also a US national champion. Leviton is the #2 rated horse in Spain ever in the Book of Merits, and he has been an important producer in Spain, as well as famous for his extreme movement. The first time I saw Leviton in 1992 at SICAB in Spain, he brought tears to my eyes, as he told his life’s story in the Espectaculo show through his eyes.

Florencia’s dam is from the Nobleza Del Guadiana farm in Spain. She boasts mostly Carthusian blood, with some Escalera and Military breeding for color. When I studied her lines, they made my heart jump with joy. Franqueda has been shown at regional level by her previous owner, and won best in movement classes. Florencia carries excellent movement thru her sire and dam, she has impeccable bloodlines, a sweet nature, and is beauty. What a treasure she will be as a broodmare or dressage prospect. She is sure to steal anyone’s heart.
